DONATE
If you believe in the work we do, we invite you to join our community of donors – to provide financial support for the work we do as a movement support organization, and to become partners with us in advancing our radical vision of moving resources from the Global North to the frontlines of grassroots social movements in the Global South.
There are many ways to donate, outlined in the Ways to Give section below.
Sustainers Circle and Leadership Circle
Recurring monthly gifts are especially appreciated, as are multi-year pledges. We form long-term relationships of solidarity with our movement partners, and so it is incredibly helpful if our donors commit to long-term relationships with us.
- Sustainers Circle: If you give online, you can join our Sustainers Circle by designating your contribution to be a recurring monthly donation.
- Leadership Circle: If you would like to join our Leadership Circle by making a multi-year pledge (3-5 years) of a gift of $5K or more, please email development@grassrootsonline.org.
“I have had the opportunity to be on delegations to meet the partners with Grassroots International staff, so I know first-hand how respectfully they work with the groups we met. I love that they make long-term relationships with the groups they fund. So I’m making a long-term relationship with Grassroots International!” —Micky McKinley
Donor Engagement
We invite our donors not to limit involvement to giving, but also to become actively engaged in our donor community, as a co-creator with us of our praxis of Solidarity Philanthropy.
We have a wide range of opportunities for donors to learn more about our work and the work of our partners, to develop their knowledge and political analysis, to engage in social action that will support our partners’ work, to visit and learn from our frontline partners in the Global South, and to educate and organize other prospective donors. If you are interested in learning more about our donor engagement opportunities and about becoming an active donor, please email development@grassrootsonline.org or visit the Donor Engagement Opportunities page of our website.
