Unequal power breeds an epidemic of poverty, inequitable development, environmental degradation and other forms of injustice. The antidote to these ills is building vibrant and democratic social movements, which have the creativity and power to advocate for real solutions to create a better world.
Grassroots International strengthens social movements by supporting leadership development, especially among women and youth, and connecting movements within countries and across borders, sectors and issues.
Through our movement building grants our partners are able to train and organize their constituents, build alliances, advocate with decision-makers and amplify their global voice.
Through grantmaking, education and advocacy, Grassroots International connects activists, donors and people concerned about sustaining our world.
