Mina Remy is a part-time Solidarity Program Officer for West Africa and Haiti at Grassroots International focusing on work in West Africa. She previously served as the Program Coordinator for the Middle East and Haiti before taking a leave to spend more time with her two small children. Since receiving her B.A. in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College, she has worked as a program coordinator in Washignton, DC; a rural health volunteer in Benin; a public health educator in Dorchester, MA; and a foreclosure prevention counselor in Roxbury and Jamaica Plain, MA. Mina, a graduate of Boston College Law School, brings a passion for social justice and sustainable development to her work.
