Enlace Civil
Enlace Civil, que fue fundada en 1996 a instancias de las comunidades indígenas autónomas de Chiapas (México), atiende las necesidades que ha expresado el movimiento indígena autónomo de Chiapas.
La organización Enlace Civil no ofrece proyectos a las comunidades. Más bien, recoge las demandas de la comunidad y sirve de puente con grupos de otras partes de México y de la comunidad internacional. De este modo, construye la solidaridad con los pueblos indígenas de Chiapas en su lucha por el lekil kuxlejal, también conocido como «buen vivir», una cosmovisión indígena sobre la vida en armonía con la Madre Tierra.
Enlace Civil trabaja principalmente para difundir información de las comunidades indígenas de Chiapas; para canalizar apoyos nacionales e internacionales con el fin de fortalecer el desarrollo de las comunidades indígenas autónomas de Chiapas según sus propias necesidades y criterios propuestos, y para acompañar las acciones y proyectos comunitarios en la lucha por condiciones de vida más justas y democráticas. Enlace Civil lleva a cabo actualmente proyectos en materia de educación, atención sanitaria, agroecología, producción y comercialización.
