Elena Mora is Grassroots International’s Logistics and Events Associate. Prior to joining Grassroots, Elena worked as an event coordinator and volunteered with the Migrant Alliance and Partnership Network. At the MAP Network, she organized events and provided logistical support to the organization as a whole.

Elena has studied and volunteered in Latin America and was a member of the English Opens Doors initiative in Chile. She has an interest in Latin American politics and literature and is excited to contribute to supporting social movements across Latin America and beyond through her role at Grassroots.

Elena believes we can all work together to construct a more equitable society. She is passionate about spending time outdoors, and firmly believes that all individuals should have access to our outdoor spaces. When she’s finished with the workday, you can find her cycling through the city and daydreaming of her next adventure.
