Devin Smith is the HR and Planning Coordinator for Grassroots International. In her position, she develops initiatives for staff health and wellbeing, and supports benefits and payroll administration. Previously, Devin worked for over a decade in Boston-area progressive nonprofits on issues including climate change, social justice, youth empowerment, women’s rights, and mental health. To each position, she brought her passion for developing and streamlining processes and policies to support the strategic direction and expansion of programs and collaboration.

Devin holds a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies with minors in Sociology and Women’s Studies from Lesley University and a master’s degree in Public Policy from Tufts University’s Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning Program. She is a Society for Human Resource Management certified HR professional.
